About Yoga

Yoga is an ancient discipline, that has led millions of people to healthier and happier lives over the centuries. Yoga isn't just exercise for the physical body. Yoga is a system of natural healing. A tool that can be used to obtain physical, emotional and spiritual health. It's important to recognize that there are many different styles of yoga, (by some accounts, 200+!) ranging from very dynamic and athletic, to slow and gentle, and everything in-between. iGita offers a large variety of classes to choose from. There is a class for everyone. 

All styles yield similar benefits. It is the wonder of the yoga practice.
